Hulk123 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Malaysian Members

To register and use the hulk123 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. hulk123 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit underage participation in any form.
• You must be an individual registering in your own name and not acting on behalf of any third party without hulk123's written consent.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and your use of the hulk123 platform must not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Every hulk123 member is only permitted to hold one active account at all times. This includes accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, or IP addresses that belong to the same individual. Violating this one-account rule is among the most serious breaches of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

For withdrawals, hulk123 will process valid withdrawal requests within under 10 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 2 hours for FPX bank transfers. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by the hulk123 finance team.

Hulk123 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or where suspicious activity is detected. The KYC process typically requires a copy of your MyKad and a recent bank statement. hulk123 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by a member's failure to provide the requested KYC documents.

Hulk123 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus (up to RM 1,000), Sports Free Bet, weekly Cashback, Reload Bonus, and Referral Bonus. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the relevant promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all hulk123 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are only eligible to be claimed by members who meet all the conditions set for the relevant promotion. hulk123 reserves the right to withdraw any credited bonus if it is established that the member did not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Each bonus type carries its own rollover requirement. The rollover is the total wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover rate for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses carry varying expiry periods. Any bonus that is unused, or whose rollover requirement is not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe, will expire automatically with no compensation.

• In-Play Betting (during the match): In-play betting odds change continuously. Once an in-play bet is confirmed by the system, the odds locked in at the time of confirmation will apply. hulk123 is not responsible for any delays that result in an in-play bet being placed at odds different from what the member anticipated.
• Match delay: If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets remain valid. If the match is delayed beyond 24 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets will be voided and funds credited back to the account balance within 1 hour.
• Parlay (accumulator): All legs of a parlay must win for the bet to be successful. If one leg is voided (match postponed or cancelled), that leg will be counted as odds of 1.00 and the parlay will be settled without it.
• Betting limits: hulk123 sets minimum and maximum limits for each bet type and each match. These limits may vary by sport, league, market type, and member status. hulk123 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

• Should a technical disruption occur while a game is in progress (such as an internet disconnection on the member's end), hulk123 will use system records to determine the status of the game in question. If the records are incomplete, the bet will be returned to the member.

• A member's own request to close their account

While an investigation is in progress, hulk123 reserves the right to freeze the account balance and suspend all deposit, withdrawal, and betting activity. If the investigation finds no violation, all balances will be restored and the account reactivated promptly. Hulk123's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the arising of that liability claim. This provision applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
